I had a great experience with the person that walked me through the process starting with the x-rays. I was there as an emergency appointment with severe pain and she just took great care of me. Adjusting how she did the x-rays and everything in order to try to reduce my pain during the process. I loved her!

This was a good visit. She just got impressions and then she is waiting on her appointment this coming up Monday to get her partial. The staff was wonderful. Thank you, Aspen in Canton, Ohio

I would not recommend Aspen Dental. Maybe it is fine for a regular cleaning or routine visits, but I had a little tooth pain and thought it was my first cavity. I went in, they completed a 30 second exam, overcharged me for XRays, and then said I needed a cleaning that would cost over $2k, and that if left untreated that I could suffer a heart attack or stroke despite being healthy in my early 40's with no prior heart or blood conditions. It was very much a scare sales tactic. When I mentioned that I wasn't sure how I would have to adjust thing to pay for the cleaning, they handed me a tablet on the spot to apply for Care Credit, and part of my bill included an electric toothbrush for over $200. I said I had to think about it and found a local dentist who did the same cleaning for <$600, and found the same toothbrush on Amazon for $60. By the way, it did not turn out to be a cavity. It was simply that I was admittedly very overdue for a cleaning and I needed a deep cleaning instead. Still, I think of the vulnerable people who probably fall for their scam and it saddens me. I would recommend finding a local dentist over this place. It will be cheaper to miss work during office hours

My experience with Aspen Dental has been GREAT. The service has been extremely exceptional always there when I needed them. Today Siemma to great care of me and addressed all of my concern. Great customer service.

Today was my first visit to Aspen Dental. Family members referred me as they have been very happy with the clinic. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I was impressed with the state of the art radiographic equipment and ability to assess my dental health quickly and thoroughly. Everything was explained to me from the work I may need to financing. I left feeling confident I had made the right choice and that I would be well taken care of.
